- Reschedules: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled service. Changes made after this period will require a new deposit fee.
- Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable.
- No Calls / No Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be banned from future bookings.

All clients must come washed and blow dried unless otherwise booked. Wash and blow dry fee will be added to total if needed.
